Capers in vinegar
Dark green capers, typical of the fruit grown in rocky areas, with intense characteristic flavour.
Slightly salted and pickled, they are ideal for garnishing a variety of dishes: salad, pasta, pizza and meat.
Available in different shapes and sizes.
Ingredients: capers, wine vinegar, salt.
Antioxidants: E300, E330, E220 as residue.
Glass package 106 ml, 212 ml, 580 ml.

Salted capers
Salted capers are also available.
As above, they are the flower buds of the “Capparis Spinosal” picked, washed, salted and packaged in plastic jars specifically designed for food products.
This is a speciality product, now available in three versions: regular, surfines (medium size) and capucines (little size). Wash the salt off before use.
Ingredients: capers, salt.
