| The "brovada" is a speciality of Friuli (North-east of Italy), eaten especially during the cold season; it's made by stripes of turnip soaked in the dregs of pressed wine grapes. It has to be cooked in broth and it's traditional vegetable served with boiled and roasted meal. Ingredients: turnips slices soaked in dregs of pressed grapes and wine, its own natural liquid, sugar and salt. Tin plate: 425 ml |
