The beetroot (red turnips) are cooked, then peeled and cutted in wavy slices.
Our beetroots are growing on the tablelands, to obtain so sweetest beetroots, best characteristic of this speciality.
We propose salad beetroots as well, cutted in stripes.
Ingredients: sliced beetroots, water, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, flavourings, spices. Antioxidants: E 220 as residue.
